Program Description: Asian Legal Studies Institute. The program focuses on the legal principles and planning related to international transactions in the Asia-Pacific region and provides a comprehensive overview of China’s legal system. Our host institution is Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), one of the most prestigious schools in China.
Program Dates: May 18 - June 12, 2009
Eligibility: Open. Students who have completed their first year of law school and who are currently in good standing at any ABA- or state-accredited law school or recognized Canadian law school are eligible for admission.
