Program Description: The Summer Institute in International and Comparative Law will focus on comparative law, business law and international human rights in Granada, Spain. Designed to prepare lawyers for the challenges of the international marketplace as the globalization of law practice and business is among the most significant developments shaping the legal profession in the 21st century. The development of multilateral trade agreements and increase in cross-border transactions will offer new opportunities for worldwide legal services, including resolution of disputes.
Program Dates: June 7-July 2, 2010
Eligibility: Open. Students who have completed their first year of law school and who are currently in good standing at any ABA- or state-accredited law school or recognized Canadian law school are eligible for admission.
