Program Description: The Tulane Program consists of five courses related to European Union law and the theme of comparisons between European and U.S. law. The curriculum provides opportunities to learn from and interact with Cambridge and U.S. faculty with transnational interests, experiences, and contacts.
Program Dates: July 5 - July 17, 2010
Eligibility: Open. Applications for Summer 2010 will be taken on a first-come basis, although there is no predetermined limit to the number of students that will be accepted. Please apply early to ensure your place in the program. The 2009 Program, with small class sizes and a seminar-like atmosphere, allowed its 17 students, from 5 law schools around the United States, to get personal attention from professors and constantly involve themselves in class dialogues.
